原相PAU1803原理图与规格书分享

PAU1800 is a family of patented GreenRadioTM monolithic Bluetooth audio System-on-Chips (SoCs) mainly for wireless
audio/voice applications. It comprises 2 CPU and 2 DSP processors, a Bluetooth 5.2 EDR/LE dual mode radio, a stereo
audio codec, a battery charger, memory, and host interface peripherals. PAU1800 series features low power digital active
noise cancellation (ANC) technology integrated in the SoC.


Full compliance with Bluetooth v5.2 EDR/BLE dual
mode specification
 Embedded 32-bit CPU as System Processor (SP)
 Embedded RISC-V CPU with floating point and
DSP/SIMD extension as Application Processor (AP)
 Two 24-bit Audio DSP coprocessors
 Internal System in Package (SiP) flash memory
 Stereo audio DAC/ADC and headphone drivers
 Up to 3 microphone inputs (2 analog and 1 digital
MEMS)
 Embedded Bluetooth SBC/A2DP and wideband
speech mSBC codec
 Support AAC/G.722 decoder
 Multipoint support for two A2DP simultaneous
connections
 Feedforward/Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation
 Serial Interfaces: UART, I2C and SPI
 Digital Audio interfaces: PCM/I2S
 No external load capacitors are required for typical
crystal
 Integrated configurable switch-mode regulators and
linear regulators
 Integrated Lithium-ion battery charger and battery
voltage monitor
 Hardware PWM dimming LED drivers
 Support over the air (OTA) firmware code update
 Support unique device/manufacturing ID for
customer’s code protection
 Ultra-low current for deep hibernation mode
 2-way power-line charger box communication (CBC)
